The details you enter in our forms, plus the businesses, cities, trades, websites and results of analyses or availability checks you run.

If you accept cookies, basic browsing data (pages visited, where your visit came from) through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.

Why we collect it

To prepare your visibility analysis and contact you about our services. We never sell your information.

Where it is stored

In our customer management software (CRM) and with our hosting providers. These providers may be located outside Quebec or Canada; we take reasonable steps to keep your information protected there.

How long we keep it

Up to 3 years after our last contact with you, then it is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to access your information, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time.
